How long will it take to receive my order?
Is your order is one of the pictures presented? If so, it will take a day to be packaged. Shipments can take one to seven days to arrive.
If your order is costume it will be about week to two weeks be created and packaged.

What is your return/refund/repair policy?
We offer a two-week money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product, return it in its original packaging within two-weeks for a full refund or exchange.
We also offer to repair any pieces of jewelry that may have broken, during the shipping or 5 days after arrival.
I can't have nickel-plated earrings. Are your products okay for me?
Yes! We make sure that our earring backs don't have any nickel. We understand the importance of having comfort while wearing earrings. We only use stainless steel for the posts.
